This are just the issues I had with the product on my desktop, just wondering if anyone else had any similar issues setting it up. I have friends that have this headset and had no problems with it, just plug-and-play, and since it had a huge promotion on this Portuguese retailer ( FNAC), I didn't even think twice and jumped on it, 90€ it's a huge bargain for this headset, but I regretted buying until I finally got it to work. There are 2 ports left on the motherboard, 1x Type-C (not used) and the other one from the ASMedia controller. So, the question is, do I have to many devices connected to the back of the motherboard? Almost all my ports are being used:ġx HyperX Alloy FPS (2 USB connectors, 1 used for power, not being used but connected) (keyboard)ġx for the monitor hub with 2 ports being used for 2 external HDDsġx for the TP-Link hub, was not being used actively until now, only for support ports when needed. SteelSeries QcK Gaming Mauspad Medium, - hochqualitativer Stoff, optimierte Textur. Logitech G502 LIGHTSPEED Wireless Gaming Maus. I also had no problem at all on my laptop. Logitech G502 Hero - Kabelgebundene Gaming Maus. I also disabled Voicemeeter Banana just in case it had something to do with it, but it didn't, now it's working on the ports I said above with Voicemeeter enabled.
The only ports it work without any problem are the ones from my TP-Link UH700 hub that have 1.5A, only on any of these 3 ports I wouldn't have any problem. The only ports it would work to some degree were the ones managed by the ASMedia USB 3.1 Gen 2 controller, but even this ones had issues. I have tried every port on the back of the motherboard ( ASUS ROG STRIX X470-F GAMING), they would all give issues with the sound.
After a few hours of troubleshooting and speaking with Logitech's support, we couldn't find a solution to make my brand new Logitech PRO X WIRELESS LIGHTSPEED GAMING HEADSET to work, it kept breaking the sound and sometimes even my phone would crackle it up like some old speakers, and if I put right on the headset it would totally stop the sound.
